There's not a single person, from Amarillo, Texas down to San Antonio, who enjoys being stuck in traffic. Congestion on the road is one reason why many of us will drive hours out of the way to skip the nightmare of being stuck in bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic. A recent study has named the most congested roads in Texas, and number one should be no surprise.

There's A Little Bit Of Good News To Be Had For Texas Commuters

The report did point out that overall traffic delays were actually down overall compared to previous years, even with a slight increase in the year before. From 2021 to 2022, there was a slight increase. However, when compared to 2019, delays were still down quite a bit. That's got to be something to celebrate, right?

It doesn't change the fact that being stuck in a traffic jam, or congestion sucks and most of us would rather have the world's most painful hangnail than sit in traffic. Hopefully, the trend of decreased delays continues and we all find a way to get where we're going with our peace intact.

It's always a fun time looking up address or cities and seeing them from a satellite point of view. You start pointing out landmarks and things you recognize.

One thing you don't account for however is something looking bigger or smaller than you seemed to think it was. So we started grabbing a bunch of these satellite pictures of cities and towns around Amarillo.

As we looked at them, we thought to ourselves, "how fun would this be to actually have to GUESS what these places are?". So away we went.

Go ahead and try to see how many you can guess correctly!
