There’s nothing quite like a classic diner. I grew up in a small North Texas town in the 80s, and there weren’t many fast food options there back then. So, when my family ate out, it was typically at a local burger joint or cafe/diner.

In fact, when I travel, those are the places I seek out when I’m looking to try something new. That’s why I was quick to click into Business Insider’s list of the most iconic diners in each state.

When you think about it, there are different levels of praise: good, great, and iconic. Who wouldn’t want to sit down for a meal at the place dubbed the most iconic diner in the Lone Star State? That’s why I’m going to make it a point to hit up Blue Bonnet Cafe the next time I’m in the Marble Falls area.

After browsing through their website, it’s clear Blue Bonnet offers a top-notch dining experience. Whether you’re looking for classic comfort foods, breakfast, or a big old piece of homemade pie, my best guess is that your belly will be happy. Now I just need to try them for myself.
