Here’s the Only Guy to Ever Beat ‘Pac-Man’ [VIDEO]

It may come as a surprise, but there's only been one person to ever beat "Pac-Man."

And that person is Billy Mitchell, who achieved a perfect score back in 1999. He made it so far that he saw glitches in the game that even the developer wasn't aware of.

The developer clearly didn't expect anyone to ever beat the game as there was nothing to do but die when you get to the end. There was no congratulations, nothing that said "The End" or anything like that, just a perfect score.
