Here’s a Hillbilly Version of Iron Maiden’s ‘The Trooper’ [VIDEO]

They had me at hillbilly.

Now, I don't care much for what passes as country music these days, but I can handle a mandolin and banjo anytime. And it pretty much goes without saying that I regularly worship at the altar of the mighty Maiden.

I know plenty of purists would dismiss the cover as blasphemy, but I think it's actually an impressive version. Not to mention, I had no earthly idea people from Finland were into that sort of thing.
