I’ve heard tapes of the old, old school roasts with Milton Berle and stuff and I have to tell you, those guys were NASTY and very inappropriate. I think these Comedy Central roasts are very mild in comparison. As a matter of fact there was one joke that didn’t make it past censors, and it wasn’t because of language, it was because of content.  Check it out.
