Free Beer & Hot Wings: ‘Creepy Guy’ Banned from Virginia Beach for Taking Photos [Video]

A Newport News, Va., man has been banned from a Yorktown, Va., beach for being a "habitual creeper."

He has a history of showing up to the beach, hiding in the bushes and taking pictures of beach-goers.

However, since he didn't break any laws, he was not arrested. He's simply banned from returning to the beach, WTKR-TV reported.

The thing we noticed is how the local TV news station was doing the EXACT SAME THING, a "creeper" standing behind the bushes and shooting video of people on the beach. Hmm.
