We're already scared of the geese at Sikes Lake attacking us, now we have to be fearful of goose statues as well.

Looks like the Electra Police Department had a very interesting call on Sunday night. A man claimed that he was assaulted by what he believed to be an intoxicated individual. The victim says this person was provoking him all night and it eventually turned physical. Fists were thrown at first, but then the assailant grabbed a statue of a nearby goose and began hitting the victim with that instead.

Congratulations to Larry, according to Wichita County Jail records. This is his 23rd different arrest since 2008.Larry was held on a $10,000 bond which has since been posted. Hopefully the geese in the future are used as decoration and not as weapons.
