A local restaurant announced this morning that their dine in area was closed. Now we know someone broke in and they need your help.

Anyone who was planning on getting breakfast this morning at El Norteno could only get to go orders. That is because some vandals broke into the restaurant last night and caused some damage. El Norteno dining area is officially open for their lunch service right now, but they have shared some more information as to what happened at their location in downtown Wichita Falls.

Thieves Steal Several Items from El Norteno in Wichita Falls

El Norteno shared a photo of their front door smashed in from last night and also is asking for the public's help in spotting any of their missing items around town.

  • Cash Registers
  • Tool Sets
  • Meat
  • Security System Box and Cords

Looks like the thieves got away with some meat and equipment. They even took parts of the security system as well. If you happen to spot someone in town selling these particular items you're encouraged to report it to the Wichita Falls Police Department.

I am sure it was a stressful morning to the staff showing up today. Be sure you go show them some love when you can. They're open seven days a week from 7PM-3PM. They also stay open late on Fridays and Saturdays til 8PM. A burrito sounds really good right now.
