Eddie Vedder Guest Stars On Portlandia [VIDEO]

What’s not to love about Eddie Vedder?  He’s a rock star, philanthropist, and now a BAD TATTOO.  From the IFC show “Portlandia” comes this tale of a tattoo that carries just a little too much emotional baggage for one lady.
