Get All the Details on the Dino Dash 5K in Wichita Falls Below

Well if you happen to love dinosaurs (who doesn't?) coming up on October 11th, Big Brother of Big Sisters of Wichita County is putting on a 5K. They're having some fun with it and making it a 'dino dash' where you're encouraged to dress up like a dinosaur during the 5K. Don't want to dress up? Don't worry, you can still help raise money for Big Brothers and Big Sisters by taking part in the 5K.

What Do You Get for Registering for the Dino Dash 5K?

• A dino-mite race medal
• A stylish event t-shirt (Must be registered by September 19 to guarantee a shirt)
• A bag full of awesome goodies

Where is this Event Taking Place in Wichita Falls?

It will be happening at Spudder Park at 102 Tulsa Street. Registration will start at 9AM on October 11th and then the fun run will start at 9:30AM. All money raised at this event will be going to our local Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization in Wichita Falls. It will be $30 per person or they have a group rate of $25. You will have to wait until next Friday (August 1st) to get registered. 

Big Brothers and Big Sisters Raised $7,000 Last Year

This is a huge event for this organization and you can be a part of the fun this year as well. Hopefully they can pass last year's total of $7,000.
