
Construction Equipment Attraction for Kids Coming to North Texas

Back in 2022, a new experience opened in Katy, Texas called Dig World. Basically it lets your child play with actual construction equipment in a safe environment. Dig World was on Shark Tank earlier this year and got a $200,000 investment from Robert on the show. Looks like they're using some of that money to open a second location, this time in North Texas.
Dig World Coming to Grapevine Mills Mall
Looks like signs started going up yesterday in the Grapevine Mills Mall for Dig World coming to their property. According to the Dig World website, they plan on opening up in late 2025 at this property. Who knows, Christmas time shopping at the mall and then going to have some fun on an excavator?
Check Out What You Can Do at Dig World in Katy
Although nothing has been confirmed for the Grapevine location. It's safe to assume many of the attractions in Katy will be replicated here. A fan favorite is the Exca-Putter where an excavator has a golf attachment and you attempt to get a hole in one. You can get a list of all their attractions on their website.
How Much Does Dig World Cost?
Looks like it's based off time. A two hour pass costs $29.99. You can also get an annual pass for $49.99. So if your kid loves the experience, looks like it pays for itself after two trips.
