Looks like A LOT of people really like the new Dallas Stars jerseys.

This past Friday was Black Friday, one of the biggest shopping days of the year. Hockey fans in Dallas also got to get their hands on a new jersey that the team unveiled earlier in the week and the Stars literally had a line around American Airlines Center on Friday.

In case you missed the big announcement, the Dallas Stars are throwing it back this year with their new alternate jersey. It has been dubbed the '99', which honors the last time the Dallas Stars hoisted The Stanley Cup.

NHL Insider Claims Highest Selling Single Day Jersey in NHL History

NHL Insider Elliotte Friedman has a hockey podcast called 32 Thoughts. On their most recent episode titled 'Gear We Go Again', about twenty two minutes in they discuss the Dallas Stars game on Friday and Elliote drops a little nugget of information. He says he got word from the league that they sold more of the Dallas Stars 99 jerseys on Friday more than any other jersey in NHL history on a single day. You can listen to the clip above.
