Fall is Here and It’s the Perfect Time for a…Pallet Maze in Wichita Falls
Sure, you have probably done a corn maze in the fall, but have you ever done a pallet maze?
Not too far away from my favorite month of the year October. Halloween is around the corner, cooler weather, and all the awesome fall activities start to pop up. Haunted houses, corn mazes, pumpkin patches. However, I saw this week that Wichita Falls has an interesting maze that just opened.
Wichita Falls Pallet Maze
Smith's Gardentown opened up their pumpkin patch this week and to go along with it they have a pallet maze setup on their property. 320 pallets make up the maze and it's totally free to try and make your way through. On the weekends, kids can enjoy a ride on the pumpkin carriage or a jump in the bounce house. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for more events they have coming up this October.
Where is Smith's Gardentown located in Wichita Falls?
4940 Seymour Highway. They're open seven days a week. Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday - 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and on Sunday - 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Traditional Wichita Falls Corn Maze Having Some Issues in 2026
Over at Morath Orchard, they do the typical corn maze you expect to see every fall. They had some issues with the dry conditions and an electrical fire on their property this year so the corn maze is not as big this year. However, they plan to open the smaller corn maze this weekend on Saturday, September 26 from 10 AM–6 PM. Starting in October, they plan to stay open later til 10PM on Saturdays.
