Chimaira’s New Video For “Year Of The Snake” Makes Good Use Of The Slow-Mo Camera
I dig Chimaira, I've just always been kind of on the fence as far as calling myself a full-on fan of the band. It seems to me that they're not quite sure exactly what type of band the are. Pass Out of Existence was straight up nu-metal whereas The Impossibility of Reason was more of a thrash record and then the self-titled album was an attempt at death metal and honestly I haven't paid much attention since then.
Now I understand there are people that applaud Chimaira for not releasing the same album twice (not that bands with a more uniformed, focused sound do that) but it just seems to me that they follow trends and I'm a lot more into bands that set trends.
Anyway, their new album The Age of Hell is in stores and online now on eOne Music.
