Billy Bob’s Texas Wants To Bring Jack White to Ft. Worth

Billy Bob's Texas, the iconic music venue in Ft. Worth's Stockyards district, wants to bring Jack White to Texas. The venue has launched a new Tilt campaign to try to make it happen.

Tilt is a crowd sourcing site where you pledge to make a purchase if a goal is reached. You aren't charged unless the the goal is attained. Basically, Billy Bob's is asking people to promise to buy a ticket to the show if they are able to make the show happen.

Their goal is to pre-sell 2,750 tickets and be able to book Jack White for a show in winter of 2015-2016. Here's the official press release with more information:

Billy Bob’s Texas launches Tilt campaign for Jack White performance

Billy Bob’s Texas has launched a Tilt fan funded campaign to bring Jack White to Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth, TX.

Billy Bob’s Texas opened in 1981 and has played host to some of the most influential artists in country, rock & roll, blues, R&B and Soul. Since 1990, Jack White has been producing music that spans across all genres. In 2015, we suggest that Billy Bob’s Texas and Jack White put on a show for the ages at the World’s Largest Honky-Tonk.

If we can collectively sell 2750 tickets, we'll be on track to get Jack - and will plan to schedule a live show at Billy Bob's Texas during winter 2015-2016! Help us make this happen by buying your ticket and inviting your Jack White loving friends to do the same.
