While I’m somewhat picky and not the most adventurous eater, I do love to try new restaurants. If it’s a type of cuisine I like and the folks on Yelp highly recommend a place, I’ll give it a shot.

That’s why I always use Yelp when compiling these monthly top-rated restaurants lists. I’m very biased when it comes to places to grab a bite to eat, and often, the restaurants I frequent don’t make the top 20. But it’s not about my favorites. I would much rather base the list on a consensus, rather than my own opinion.
