Maybe Jerry Jones Was Right, We Need to Build a New Dallas Cowboys Stadium
Somehow...things have gotten even worse for the Dallas Cowboys.
Jerry Jones Joking Last Week They Should Tear Down the Stadium
Spending a billion dollars on a stadium that opened in 2009 and we're already talking about tearing it down? Not really, buy Jerry joked about that last week when fans and players were complaining about the blinding sun coming into AT&T Stadium during 3:30 games.
Don't Worry, Mike Tyson and Jake Paul Got Curtains on Saturday
While all the comments on the stadium sun went viral last week, it was not an issue on Saturday for Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. Fans who attended the fights that happened in the afternoon got some nice curtains that seem to disappear on Dallas Cowboys game days. Turns out the sun isn't the issue, the stadium is literally falling apart and it's not even fifteen years old.
Giant Piece of Metal Falls Off of AT&T Stadium
Yesterday while I was tailgating I was shocked that the roof was opening up. It has been two years since we have seen the sky during a Dallas Cowboys game. Then all of the sudden, I see the roof closed a few hours later. What the hell happened? Did someone hit a button they were not supposed to? Then I tuned into NFL Live while in the parking lot and saw the video above.
Worker Bolting Down Metal That Came Loose at AT&T Stadium
Apparently two pieces of metal came apart on the roof while it was opening. One came falling down in the stadium and miraculously did not hit anyone (imagine the lawsuit on that one). The other piece was stuck in the rafters and was actually bolted down to prevent it from falling.
Texans Even Make Fun of Our Collapsing Roof
I literally had a Texans fan yesterday tell me he felt bad for me. Just when I feel like this season couldn't get any worse, turns out we have another level of s*** to get to the bottom of this mess. Four more home games and we will see if the Boys can win just one.
