Sophie Tweed-Simmons, the 22-year-old daughter of KISS co-founder Gene Simmons, has come into her own since becoming a household name through 'Gene Simmons' Family Jewels.'  Following in her mother's footsteps and venturing into modeling and fashion design, while occasionally following daddy's lead and belting out a song or two, Sophie has also branched off into charitable work, starting Sophie's Place, providing specialized services to abused children (mentally, physically, and sexually abused) in a child-friendly setting.

To promote her charity, Sophie worked for a day at the popular website, theChive.  When asked what she wanted to do for the photoshoot, Sophie offered to bake cookies for the whole office, baking her specialty; oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.  Apart from baking, Sophie spent the day fixing equipment around the office, letting employees know their services were no longer needed, and helping with the difficult task of beating the original DOS 'Oregon Trail' computer game.  But most importantly, Sophie posed for some gorgeous photos, showing that world that though Gene Simmons is her father, she thankfully took after her mother's looks, former Playmate of the Year, Shannon Tweed.
