Ozzy and Sharon’s MaliBOO House Was for Sale [VIDEO]
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are getting out of Malibu. They have finally sold their beachfront chateau for a lot less than they wanted. Personally I think that’s a good thing and here’s why.
According to pulseofradio.com, they finally sold the place “for $7.9 million after having it on the market for six years. Originally listed for $14 million back in 2006, the price was dropped to $10 million last year and again to nearly $8.8 million before it sold. The Osbournes originally bought the 4,500-square-foot home for $5.1 million in March 2003.”
That’s right they bought it less than 10 years ago and were asking 3 times the price? Really, people? I know they didn’t do $10 million in improvements, and anybody who wasn’t in a coma for the last 4 years knows the housing market has crashed! Plus this place really doesn’t look all that special if you ask me. Plus I know my house hasn’t gone up in value 3 times! Hell I would be surprised if it went up at all!
Here’s uber-douche Chad Rogers from Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing”, the show about spoiled a-hole realtors in the LA area. Yeah they all suck it huge on that show. I guess he got canned from that show and is now doing Youtube videos for Realtor.com.
