Man Accused of Throwing Alligator in Wendy’s Drive Thru Window [VIDEO]

That's it, we have officially seen everything thrown at drive thru workers now. 

This actually happened back in October, but Joshua James was just taken into custody recently. His story is a strange one. Joshua went to a Wendy's in Jupiter, Florida. After the worker handed him his drink, Joshua tossed a three foot alligator through the drive thru window.

James faces charges of aggravated assault and unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator. A judge ordered Joshua to stay out of all Wendy's restaurants, to avoid contact or possession with any animals other than his mother's dog, to undergo a mental health evaluation and to avoid possessing any weapons.

I have heard of people throwing their food, drinks and all sorts of gross crap at a drive thru worker. Never a live animal though. If that was me working drive thru on that day, that would be my last day. People throwing gators at me, hell no, ain't putting up with this s***.
