Ghost Offer a Taste of Their New Album with ‘Secular Haze’

Ghost created a hell of a buzz in the underground with their debut album Opus Eponymous and the question remains as to whether or not they'll be able to ride the momentum by putting out a record of the same magnitude the second time around.

I'm gonna be perfectly honest with you and say that if 'Secular Haze' is the best song we have to look forward to on the new album, then the answer is 'no'. There is nothing about the tune that sticks with me anything like 'Con Clavi Con Dio', 'Ritual', 'Elizabeth' or anything on their debut album for that matter but hopefully for their sake, either A) I'm in the minority or B) the rest of the album is better because from what I hear their new label Loma Vista Recordings invested a whole lotta money in them.

As of now there is no title or release date for their new album.
