I thought the word would have gotten out by now. The officers patrolling Highway 287 are not messing around this year.

I think we just need a weekly segment on the website. 'What drugs did we catch this week on Highway 287?' Seriously, we have a new arrest almost weekly it seems. The latest one happened yesterday in Wichita County at the intersection of Midway Church Road and highway 287 near Electra.

The driver was 46-year-old Sean William Campbell of Leadville, Colorado. During the traffic stop, a Wichita County K-9 deputy alerted officers of possible drugs in Campbell's car. Officers found Psilocybin Mushrooms in the vehicle.

The suspect was taken to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Manufacture/Delivery-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four hundred grams. Four pounds of mushrooms were seized.

Cambell's bond was set at $30,000.
