Zone Out to Daylight Dies’ New Video for ‘Dreaming of Breathing’

Daylight Dies have to be the most European sounding American band on the planet. Not that that's a bad thing, in fact it's quite the contrary as I listen to a ton of bands from both sides of the pond. And because of that, I like to think that I'm pretty damn good at sorting out who's from where just by listening to the band's music and knowing nothing else about them. But if you were to play Daylight Dies for me without letting me know who they are (because admittedly I haven't heard a lot of their stuff) I would definitely say Europe.

Anyway, the quintet out of North Carolina have a new album called A Frail Becoming and while the first video from the album for "Dreaming of Breathing" isn't groundbreaking by any stretch of the imagination (but really, how many are?) it's a good introduction to a melodic death/doom band that is sure to be garnering more of my attention from now on.
