World’s Heaviest Woman Losing Weight with Sex

Pauline Potter

Pauline Potter went down in the record books, specifically the Guinness World Record book, last year by being the world’s heaviest living woman. At 643 pounds, she’s one hefty lady. Potter has set her sights on losing weight, and her method is one that everyone can enjoy – sex.

After splitting up with her ex-husband Alex a few years ago, Potter went through a depression and packed on the pounds. She contacted Guinness about weighing in, and after news spread about her weight, Alex took notice and went to see his ex.

That’s when the flames re-ignited and the two started making like bunnies.

The couple says they get it on several times a day, and they’ve found ways to make their love life work well despite their size difference. Though Potter has lost 98 pounds, she’s still considerably larger than Alex, who weighs in at just 140 pounds. Potter says about their time together:

I can’t move much in bed, but I burn 500 calories a session –- it’s great exercise just jiggling around. We love foreplay and massages and, as well as full sex, I pleasure Alex, too. My bed is strengthened and, although I can’t buy sexy lingerie, I drape a nice sheet over me.

Alex does most of the work when they’re bumping uglies.

Doctors have weighed in on the weight loss method, saying that sex can actually lead to weight loss. If Potter keeps this up, she’ll be slimmed down in no time.

Have you ever lost weight by doing something that wasn’t mainstream?
