Scotland's Twin Atlantic are a pretty big deal in their home country - now let's see what the folks stateside think of their jams.

One of the first things that sticks out to me upon first listen to "Heart and Soul" is that the Scottish accent is prevalent in the vocals. That's a rarity in music as most of the time, vocalists sing with a pretty neutral accent (aside from country music, of course). Turns out, according to Scotland Now, Twin Atlantic have been pressured by industry professionals to the lose the accent, but the band refuse to give in.

It's a catchy tune, but vocals make or break a song. While I think it's kinda cool, I can see the heavy accent being polarizing among American listeners. Check out "Heart and Soul" and give us your opinion in the below poll.
