The Black Keys ‘Fever’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Nonesuch Records

One of the most anticipated albums of 2014 will arrive when the Black Keys release Turn Blue on May 13.

The band’s last album, El Camino, is a tough act to follow and judging from ‘Fever’ the Black Keys have no intention of putting out El Camino Part II.

‘Fever’ has very little in common with tracks like ‘Lonely Boy’ or ‘Gold on the Ceiling’. Sure, it’s undeniably a Black Keys song but it’s not quite as catchy as the band’s most recent radio singles.

Now it’s up to you to decide if the track is the next big Black Keys song. Check out ‘Fever’ and tell us if we should turn it up or toss it out.
