We were joined on the air on "The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show" this morning in Phoenix by 14-year NFL veteran and University of Notre Dame All-American Bob Golic.
Before many big football games, the players often introduce themselves and say what college or university they attended.
Comedy Central's Key & Peele could not help but make fun of those introductions.
This morning on "The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show," we had the honor of talking to NFL veteran and United States Marine veteran Jeremy Staat.
Staat's story is pretty incredible.
Super Bowl XLIX pits the unstoppable offense of the New England Patriots against the impenetrable defense of the Seattle Seahawks. The 49th edition of the NFL’s big game could be one of its most memorable contests. Here’s a preview of Sunday’s game:
In all the madness surrounding the New England Patriots and DeflateGate deflated footballs matter, one thing has been overlooked.
What has been missed is how the scandal with underinflated footballs is affecting the fragile, beautiful psyche of New England quarterback Tom Brady heading into Super Bowl XLIX against the defending champion Seattle Seahawks.
"Let's put the Victoria's Secret Angels in helmets and shoulder pads. The kids will love it," said the guy no longer working for Victoria's Secret.
How does a report like this make it to television without anyone saying "Wait, what?!"
Fox Business Channel recently reported that, bad news guys, attendance to the Super Bowl over the past couple years has been declining.
Say it ain't so!
On Monday, the Denver Broncos announced they would be parting ways with their NFL coach of four years, John Fox.
At his end of the year news conference in Denver on Tuesday, we can only assume that Broncos General Manager/Executive Vice President of Football Operations John Elway meant to thank the former coach.
Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman held a news conference Tuesday.
However, instead of it being about the regular Xs and Os of football, he took the opportunity to point out the hypocrisy of the NFL and its policies.
Some are calling it the greatest NFL catch of all time.
Now we're not sure if that is indeed the case or not, but it's a pretty incredible catch to say the least.
