Stream Alter Bridge’s New Album ‘Fortress’ in Its Entirety

Our friends over at Loudwire have offered an advance stream of Alter Bridge's upcoming album, Fortress.

I'll be totally honest in that I never cared for Creed, mainly because I just can't get into Scott Stapp's yarl, but guitarist Mark Tremonti always struck me as a serious musician and a cool guy nonetheless, so i was interested when Alter Bridge first burst on the scene.

The fist thing that came to mind when I heard Myles Kennedy sing was how much he reminded me of one of my favorite singers from the 80's, the late great Ray Gillen. I absolutely love soulful singers and Myles has a set of pipes to rival some of the best in the business. Couple that with the fact that I'm a big fan of good guitar work and Alter Bridge, in my opinion, are one of the best (and not to mention most underrated) modern hard rock bands.
