Princess Leia’s Gold Bikini Going to Auction

The image that was burned into nerds heads for years was Princess Leia's slave bikini. Hell yeah Carrie Fisher was looking good that day. I try to remember these parts of Episode VI because I freaking hate the Ewoks. Stupid teddy bears taking down Storm Troopers, really? Well you can now own that piece of Star Wars memorabilia, which sounds a little creepy to me. Nah, I would still display it in my house.

A set-used version of Princess Leia's iconic metal bikini from "Return on the Jedi" will available for bidding at an upcoming Profiles in History auction. The gold-plated bikini is expected to garner up to $120,000. Fans can also bid on a prototype Darth Vader helmet, a miniature version of the Rebel Blockade runner spacecraft, and a Rebel Fleet tunic.

All of us here at the Buzz have Star Wars on the brain with the new movies coming out in a couple of months. I went to Wal Mart last night and they had a four foot tall Darth Vader. I spent about five minutes contemplating buying it. I thought food was more important, damn you stomach.
