Oregon Becomes First State to Judge Marijuana Plants at a State Fair

Sorry to the State Fair of Texas, but you may not be the best in the country anymore. 

State fairs are a tradition in every state, but the one in Oregon just made history. Two years ago, Oregon legalized recreational marijuana. Marijuana has become such a big deal in the state, they're judging the plants at the state fair. Nine plants are going head to head to find out which one is the best in the state.

Only people over 21 will be allowed to see the plants competing this year and it's extremely regulated by authorities at the State Fair. The plants are judged on everything, except how high they actually get you. No smoking for this judging panel. Still, a pretty fun event and big step forward for the state of Oregon.
