According to Megadeth's official website, the band has entered the studio to record the follow-up to 2009's Endgame. The band's working with producer Johnny Karkazis (Machine Head, Sevendust, Staind, Disturbed) with drum tracking scheduled to begin this week. The band expects to wrap up recording before heading out as part of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival and plans to release the new album later this year on Roadrunner Records.
