The NFL just reduced its Pro Football Hall of Fame finalists to 25 and two all time Dallas Cowboys greats made the cut.

As most of you know I am a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and I was so excited to hear that two Dallas Cowboys are in the running for the Hall of Fame. Former head coach Jimmy Johnson and former defensive end/linebacker Charles Haley. Now Tom Landry is considered the greatest head coach in Dallas Cowboys history, but he was before my time. My childhood was all Jimmy Johnson and I hope he gets in this year.

I know technically Jimmy only has two Super Bowl rings with the Dallas Cowboys, but lets be honest. We all know that was Jimmy Johnson's team that one that third one. Charles Haley deserves to be in the Hall of Fame just for his five Super Bowl rings (three with the Dallas Cowboys). He finished his career with 100 sacks and 485 tackles. I think both these guys are deserving of the Hall of Fame, but we will see what happens in February when they announce who is getting in.
