Former OSU Student Charged with Filming Solo Porn in Campus Library

19-year-old Kendra Sunderland, a former Oregon State University student, has been charged with public indecency for filming a solo porn on her laptop in the campus library last semester.

OSU officials were informed of the 31-minute video earlier this week after it showed up on the porn site Pornhub.  The original video was removed from the website, but the damage was done and Sunderland was paid a visit by investigators from the Oregon State Troopers.  According to Oregon laws, a person has committed public indecency,

if while in, or in view of, a public place the person performs an act of sexual intercourse, an act of deviate sexual intercourse, or an act of exposing the genitals of the person with the intent of arousing the sexual desire of the person or another person.

When questioned, Sunderland admitted to filming the video while still a student at the university and was issued a citation.  If convicted of the crime, she could be fined $6,250 and face up to a year in jail.

Though the original video had been removed from Pornhub, it has been uploaded again.
