Drunk Phil Anselmo Meets Fans in Moscow [VIDEO]

Phil Anselmo's YouTube channel was recently updated with footage of him meeting fans before a show in Moscow on June 29, 2014. The always entertaining frontman had been hitting the sauce pretty hard when his band, Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals, played there as a part of the Park Live festival. The typically vocal Anselmo is actually pretty quiet in the video, mostly snapping pics, signing stuff and shaking hands with fans while obviously feeling no pain.
