Cowboys Linebacker Rolando McClain's Mansion Burns Down

The Dallas Cowboys were all smile this past weekend winning the NFC East, but one player had an unfortunate issue at his house last night.

Rolando McClain has had an amazing season this year. He is my nomination for the NFL comeback player of the year. He started his career with the Raiders and was an under the radar player in the NFL. Then he went to the Ravens and retired. Luckily someone in the Cowboys organization picked this guy up because with the injury to Sean Lee, McClain has become the face of this Cowboys defense.

McClain had a house near Lake Tuscaloosa in Alabama. It was a 7,5000 square foot mansion valued at $1.5 million. No word has come out yet on what started the fire, but I could not imagine losing my home a few days before Christmas. I got to imagine someone (Jerry Jones) in the Cowboys organization is going to put McClain and his family in a nice hotel until they figure out what to do.
