Being the most iconic stadium anthem of all time, there isn't anyone who hasn't heard Queen's 'We Will Rock You'. But have your heard Queen's fast version of the song?

Next month will see the release of 'Queen on Air: The Complete BBC Sessions', tracks recorded by the band at the BBC over six sessions from 1973 to 1977. Among those tracks is the previously unreleased studio version of the band's alternate take on 'We Will Rock You'.

While the original version of the song features a slow, deliberate, and hard-hitting pace, this rendition maintains Mercury's often imitated but never duplicated vocals while turning up the intensity and pace of the music. And though this version made regular appearances in their live concerts, this is the only known studio cut of the song, recorded nearly 40-years-ago.

Where do you think the sped up 'We Will Rock You' will end up among Queen's long list of classic tunes?
