Massive Dust Storm Engulfs West Texas [PHOTOS, VIDEO]

Dust, wind and more dust is what the folks in Lubbock had to contend with on Monday afternoon as a powerful front pushed into Texas.  Winds gusting up to 60 MPH kicked up the West Texas sand, reducing visibility and making most any task nearly impossible for a time.
