Over forty years of making music will supposedly be coming to a close this November. Sadly, you will have to fly halfway around the world to see it.

November 22nd is the last time Black Sabbath will take the stage according to a video released on YouTube this week. I was expecting the announcement from Ozzy, but his wife Sharon gave the announcement on Ozzfest Japans YouTube page. (See video below)

The final show will be the second day of Ozzfest in Tokyo. Sharon also announced Korn would be headlining the first day. After a quick Google search, it's looking like a round trip flight to Tokyo out of a Dallas may cost you upwards of over a $1,000. And it does not look like the original lineup will be playing because Bill Ward is still having contractual issues.

Last October Ozzy told Billboard regarding what he said would be Sabbath's final album, due out this year: “This will be our last hurrah...Then it's no more Sabbath at all. We're disbanding the name and everything.”

I really hope this isn't the last show. I thought the original plan was to release the new album and then do one final tour. Hopefully, this is Japan's final show that THEY will get and not the final Black Sabbath show ever. We will see how it all plays out.
