The Dark Knight Rises

President Barack Obama was scheduled to speak this morning at a campaign stop in Fort Myers, Florida. Instead of speaking about his upcoming re-election campaign, he instead delivered a speech on the ‘Dark Knight Rises’ shooting in Aurora, Colorado.

After the ‘Dark Knight Rises’ shooting that left 12 people dead and another 50 injured, theaters across the country are addressing security concerns as sold-out crowds return to theaters for the weekend.

Even the most diehard of fanboys must be sick of all the ‘Dark Knight’ teasers and promos flooding their respective Batcaves. Just when you think you’ve hit your limit, ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ reaches into its utility belt and pulls out this ridiculous re-dub of the ‘Dark Knight Rises’ trailer voiced by everyone’s favorite playpal Pee-Wee Herman.

My point is that we have to be responsible with our money and that means picking and choosing what movies we will shell out the cash to see in theaters and which ones will get redboxed in 4 months.
