Wichita Falls Mayor Tim Short had a brilliant idea yesterday and a lot of folks in Wichita Falls came out.

Looks like a big chance of snow tomorrow is already forcing closings and delays throughout the area.

This is seriously something Tim 'The Tool Man' Taylor would have built on Tool Time back in the day.
