Drivers in Dallas, Texas were treated to what looks like a cyberpunk Mad Max convoy scene straight out of the movies.

Adrenaline-Pumping Experience
In the video below, we see a group of side-by-sides cruising down what looks to be Interstate 35. The ATVs, featuring neon lights and advanced technology, zipped through the lanes with incredible speed and agility. Their synchronized movements turned the highway into an impromptu stage for an adrenaline-pumping performance.

This footage legitimately looks like it could be a scene from the 1995 movie Batman Forever with all the neon and whatnot.
Street Legal
One of the comments on this post from Twitter asked if these are street-legal.
UTVs and other off-highway vehicles can use some public roads in Texas in limited circumstances, but it is not possible to register a UTV in Texas as a regular street-legal vehicle for reasons discussed below.
