The song comes from their latest, and appropriately titled CD, Temper Temper. According to Loudwire, the name of the album is a reference to the internal strife that was going on within the band while working on the disc. Rather than blow the band up and everyone head in different directions, Bullet for My Valentine embraced the friction between members and channeled that energy into the music and delivered what Matt Tuck refers to as the most personal album he has ever written.
