Friends and family are mourning the loss of a Wichita Falls teen to a single vehicle accident.  Just before 7:00 am Monday morning, 16 year-old Rider High School student Sarai Perkins was traveling on State Highway 199 just east of Jacksboro, when DPS officials say Perkins lost control, over-corrected and rolled her 2007 Scion.

Four passengers in the vehicle were transported to area hospitals, three to Jacksboro and one was taken by helicopter to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.  Their conditions and identities have not been disclosed.  Perkins reportedly was not wearing a seatbelt.
