UPDATE (6/5/15 11:24 AM): WFPD Detectives have the suspect identified from the Wells Fargo bank robbery earlier this week and are currently working on obtaining a warrant for his arrest. Further information regarding his identity will be released once the investigation is complete and the warrant is obtained.

The Wells Fargo branch inside the United Supermarket at 4516 Jacksboro Highway was robbed today and the Wichita Falls police need help identifying the suspect.

At about 5:38 PM a man passed a note to one of the bank tellers and demanded money. The suspect then fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as a white male approximately 6 feet tall wearing a maroon shirt and an OU baseball cap. See surveillance photo above.
