Unless you live under a rock, chances are you’ve seen Marisa Miller nearly naked. She’s been in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Editions and worked for Victoria’s Secret, so whether you’re a man or a woman, she’s been on your radar at some point.

 

Now Miller has opened up with Women’s Health about how she maintains her killer body. She eats naked, and here’s why:

Eating smart is all about having an awareness of your body. The most obvious way to do that is by seeing it. So when you're trying to lose weight, spend more time wearing less. I don't think I could eat a plate of nachos naked--could you?

She goes on to say that targeting your obliques are crucial, and encourages the fine art of planking.

While Miller may be eating naked, I would suggest being careful about what you cook naked. We’ve all heard horror stories about bacon grease getting where it doesn’t need to be.
