Our Last Enemy vocalist Oliver joined me for the April 12 edition of The Oath to talk about the band's North American debut album, Pariah.

Out of Sydney, Australia, the band have long been considered a force to be reckoned within the Australian music scene. Now they're looking to spread their dominance worldwide with the release of the new disc.

"We've had a couple of records out here in Australia which have done pretty well", Oliver said of the band's success. "We hit Number One on the iTunes Metal Charts for Australia, which was great, with our first record here. This is our first record for North America, so we're really pumped to get it out there."

Former Fear Factory bassist Christian Olde Wolbers produced Pariah, which turned out to be a great experience for the band.

"We learned lots of stuff, met lots of people, the whole thing was a big experience for us," he said. "We basically moved to a different country for three months."

"He had lots of insight into recording, lots of tips and things," Oliver added. "We all learned a lot, it was great."

Our Last Enemy are in the process of putting a North American tour together in support of the album but as of right now, nothing official has been announced.

Keep up with Our Last Enemy on their official Facebook page.
