For the last couple of years we’ve seen little pieces of Marilyn Manson’s hitman character in the new film Let Me Make You a Martyr. Finally, the movie has received a June 6 video-on-demand release date along with a handful of theatrical premieres.

The first trailer for Let Me Make Your a Martyr didn’t focus much on Manson’s character, Pope, but a new teaser properly introduces viewers to him. “You ever kill a man with your bare hands?” Manson asks in the clip before singing an unnerving gospel song to a man he may soon murder. Much like in his music videos and performances, Manson’s presence jumps off the screen, leaving viewers captivated and awestruck.

The film stars Manson, Niko Nicotera and Sons of Anarchy’s Mark Boone Junior and focuses on two siblings caught in a storm of paternal abuse, forbidden love and revenge. "Mark brought me into the project," Manson tells Rolling Stone. "We were friends from Sons of Anarchy. He's sort of my unwanted mentor. He tells me what to do. He's always encouraged me, but he's very bossy about it. He says things like, 'You gotta do this, motherf—ker. You'll like this.'"

Let Me Make You a Martyr will hit screens across the country for a total of four premiere dates in May and June. Check out the premiere dates below and watch the newest trailer for the film above! Marilyn Manson’s 10th studio album, now titled Heaven Upside Down, has been completed. We still await an official release date from Manson.
