I'm gonna be totally honest with you - I suck at pull-ups. For whatever reason, that's always been the one exercise that I just can't crank out more than one or two of.

Well, whenever the guy in the above video starts to feel like he's out of gas, he has his boy threaten him with a taser and it works with great results. However, I'm pretty sure I would just hang there and get the sh*t shocked out of me (not that I have any intention of trying it, mind you).
