Danish rockabilly loving metal outfit Volbeat have continued their upward trajectory with the highest charting album of their career in the United States. Seal the Deal & Let's Boogie is their latest, landing at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 in its debut week.

Having made their way onto charts around the world over the course of the last decade, Volbeat made an explosion stateside in recent years. Beyond Hell / Above Heaven (recently certified Gold by the RIAA) marked their first foray onto the Billboard 200 in 2010, hitting No. 142. Their next record, Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies, made a huge jump, reaching No. 9 and now the Danes have managed to cut that number once again.

Propelled by standout additions to their catalog with the singles, "The Devil's Bleeding Crown," "The Bliss" and "Seal the Deal," Seal the Deal & Let's Boogie sold 47,898 physical copies as Hits Daily Double reports. These figures only express physical album sales and do not account for streaming track equivalents, a new metric made standard this year where song and album streams will count towards net sales and will impact chart positions.

Also representing rock and metal are Hellyeah's Unden!able and Beartooth's Aggressive with sales of 20,000 and 16,000 copies respectively. Unden!able came in at No. 18 on the Billboard 200, and also topped the Independent Current Chart and reached No. 2 on the Billboard Rock / Metal Chart behind Volbeat.

Volbeat will be heading out on tour with Killswitch Engage and Black Wizard in August while Hellyeah will provide direct support for In This Moment starting June 18. All tour stops can be found at our 2016 Guide to Rock + Metal Tours.
