A law professor at the University of Oregon is the subject of debate after a debate of his own got aggressive. From what we’re hearing, those involved were having a political debate, but when it got heated, the professor lost his cool. After feeling that one student was violating his personal space, he pushed the student then proceeded to then enter the student’s personal space, where he asked the student to “do something.” He then pushed another student and confiscated a woman’s phone when he realized the incident was being photographed.

Do you think he was in his rights to push students and take someone’s personal property?
